What are PayPal & Stripe Payments?

PayPal is a great way for you to pay for things securely online. It is pretty easy to set up an account & it will also give you a receipt of payment for when you purchase.

Stripe allows you to pay by credit or debit card seamlessly. You do not need to set up an account and it also provides the ability to receive email receipts when an order has been placed.

The phone case I’d like isn’t listed in your store?

If the case you’d like isn't listed please use the contact page to email me with the case model/s and design/s you’d like. I will then find out from the manufacturer if the chosen model is available to me and email you regarding payment.

Why are cases priced quite high?

The cases I sell are of highest quality, they provide strong protection and hold vibrant colours (without fade). They are made from 100% polycarbonate and provide a smooth, shiny print. These protective phone cases are durable, sleek and long lasting. I currently supply a selected number of phone cases for the following devices: Apple, Samsung, LG, Nokia & Sony.

What is your Returns Policy?

I do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. You must first contact me with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. Once accepted, you will be given an address to return the goods. Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage costs are the customers’ responsibility and are only reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods. In case of the parcel not reaching me it is very important that you ask for proof of postage when returning items.

But what if I receive the wrong item?

In this case, you must contact me providing your order number within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. I will then give you the delivery address and only upon receiving the goods I will then post the correct item/s. I do try my best to post orders correctly, but mistakes can be made.

What if I’ve chosen the wrong case model?

Phone cases are printed when orders are received and I do not keep stock on hand / do not post these myself. These are custom made products printed specifically for you and it is important when placing an order with us that you check that you have chosen the correct case model. Again, you must first contact me with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. Once accepted, you will be given an address to return the goods. Return costs are not pre-paid. Postage costs are the customers’ responsibility and are only reimbursed in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods. In case of the parcel not reaching me, it is very important that you ask for proof of postage when returning items. Refunds / Exchanges for phone cases take longer to process. After I receive the goods I then forward the parcel on to the manufacturer. Only upon notification that the parcel has been received by the supplier, I am able to process the refund. Expect to receive a refund / exchange within 10-14 days of returning the parcel to me.
